Where we ship

Doverph delivers to most countries worldwide via tracked courier and postal services. If checkout doesn't accept your address, email support@doverph.shop and we'll arrange it.

Times & tracking

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Import duties & taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Doverph. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked delivered but missing, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
