What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items — at our cost, always.
What can't
- Custom-cut, trimmed or made-to-measure sizes (e.g. trim-to-fit blinds once cut).
- Items that have been washed, used or removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g. shower liners).
How to start a return
Email support@doverph.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions. For non-faulty returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we recommend a tracked service.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including the UK/EU 14-day cancellation right for distance sales where applicable.
