Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

Doverph ships worldwide to most countries via tracked courier and postal services. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact support@doverph.shop.

2. Costs & currency

All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). Shipping is a flat US$9 per order, and free on orders over US$65. The exact shipping charge and order total are shown before payment.

3. Processing & delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days from order.
• Delivery: typically 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend during peak periods or due to carrier or customs delays.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct — we're not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

5. Import duties & taxes

Prices exclude any import duties, customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are payable on or after delivery. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.

6. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If a parcel is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it, and replace or refund where appropriate (see Refund & Return Policy).
