7. Your rights
Under the UK/EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email support@doverph.shop; we respond within one month. If you are in California, see your CCPA/CPRA rights in our Do Not Sell or Share notice.
8. Security
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission is completely secure.
9. Children
Doverph is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Complaints
You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first — please contact us.
